Meet Our Team
Heather Phillips, MA, LMFT, IMFT
Counselor
Heather provides a warm and grounded telehealth space for children, teens, and adults navigating life’s heaviest transitions. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, she also holds a specialized degree in Medical Family Therapy. This advanced training allows her to bridge the gap between physical health and emotional well-being, providing expert support for those navigating infertility, postpartum adjustments, chronic illness, and the unique stressors of caregiving.
Her Approach
Heather’s work is rooted in an attachment-focused lens, helping you untangle the "survival modes" and early stories that may be keeping you stuck. By incorporating an IFS-informed perspective, she helps you reconnect with your internal "parts" to rediscover your grounded, centered Self.
She is trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR, a somatic approach that allows for the gentle processing of trauma and grief. Heather is passionate about walking alongside individuals to help them heal, grow, and navigate life's challenges with resilience.
